@Ratzz Well I have managed to change the text editor font but I'm still trying to figure out the the UI fonts... Sorry for the delay, 8min waiting time :O

@Ratzz Sadly this doesn't work for the UI. It seems it has something to do with Qt ignoring anti-aliasing settings... I'm on Windows 7
@Ratzz Reinstalling the Qt from scratch helped, thanks for your help.
