Add a new mkspec in order to get qt working with VS 2015

I've seen several forums, that in order to make qt framework work with VS 2015, it's required to add a new mkspec. Maybe you can give specific instructions on how this is done? I'm a bit worked with qt creator, but it wasn't suited for me due to the fact that it is difficult to configure .cpp .h formatter, such as astyle. I prefer using visual studio. If it's not appropriate to add the mkspec, it may be necessary to build the qt manually from git. In that case, what do I have to use: jom or nmake? As I know jom slightly improves the build time. But it's required to configure jom separately. However, I don't understand building libraries and how to configure them.

Unless you're using an old version of Qt, the mkspec for VS2015 is already in so you can build Qt with it.
As for jom, you can just call it in place of nmake. Use the full path to the exe and you should be good to go.
