WINRT_MANIFEST Error

Hello friends,
I want to make application manifest (WINRT_MANIFEST) in pro file. I use 3 basic parameters below. I release the project and I click the right mouse button on the exe file then select options. I can't see the publisher name or another parameters (You look the screenshot below). How can I fix?
