I am curious exactly how different versions of Qt are free and open-source software. I am currently trying to decide whether to use GTK+ or Qt as the GUI toolkit for my FOSS program, but I'm curious as to whether or not some variants of Qt (like Qt for Application Development) are FOSS like the standard open-source version. I don't want to use Qt (not even the FOSS version) if there is a proprietary, "premium" version of Qt. I'd rather use a toolkit that has a FOSS dedication and has all features in its FOSS version, like GTK+. Tell me, is all of Qt free and open-source, or just Qt Open Source.
