Which commercial license to develop both mobile and desktop (Win32) systems?

Hi everybody,
I wish to know if this licensing configuration is correct if I want to develop mobile apps for Android, iOs and Windows 8.1 (metro style) AND desktop tools for Win32 environments (Windows 7 and previous):
Professional:- Mobile Multi OS (Android, iOs, WinRT)
plus - Desktop Single OS (Windows)
