Servo control GUI slider problem

Hi everyone !
I have a problem . I don't understand , why my servo is jumping to the 0 position when i move the slider. My poject is here ( here ) , with a small video about the problem. English is not my main language , and i don't understand what cause the problem , so i can't write , diagnose what my servo does.
Please help me :) -

Did you check the values that you are sending ? Do you have any code running on the Arduino that your wrote ?
