I am about to dev. an app. for Symbian s60v5 platform. I started with the idea of using Carbide and quickly discovered the Microsoft effect on Nokia developer sites. As I understand it, I can use Qt IDE with Qt SDK and Qt Quick 1.0. Several sites offer Qt Quick 1.0, but those I've looked at are infectious. Can anyone point me to a source of clean Qt Quick 1.0?

Both Qt 4.8.6 and Qt 5.2.1 contain Qt Quick 1: http://qt-project.org/downloads
However, there are no official Symbian tools in the packages.
