How to get notified about wiki page changes?

Is there a way to 'subscribe' to changes to a wiki page? It's possible for Forum Threads, but for a wiki page I couldn't anything so far ...

It's a core wiki feature request so we will pass it along to the makers. Absolutely makes sense, I agree.
