Who wants to be a i) WORLD CLASS MANAGER ? or ii) WORLD CLASS ENGINEER ?

Hi,

I want to ask this Question to everybody that if they prefer to be

i) WORLD CLASS MANAGER
or
ii) WORLD CLASS ENGINEER

for any product to develop and help to grow its Organisation, which is more important for a SW Eng or any Eng.
