It forces me to update to 4.11 first but it also downloads a bunch of unrelated packages at the same time and fails with</p>

<p dir="auto">Is there a way to force it to update to some other version first (or not install unrelated packages)? Or is the only solution to nuke existing install, potentially missing all of the settings?</p>
