HRMS platform with Chrome extension

We have a HRMS platform ( keka.com ), now we are planning to develop a chrome extension that can send push notification, if anyone of employee take leaves or make any announcements & also this interface should be in their dashboard also of the website.
We already have a good UI dashboard with all these but looking for something new in the field for ideas.
