How to change size of icons and fonts in QtCreator

Hi all,
I am using QtCreator 3.5.0 on a rather old laptop (Ubuntu) which has a low display resolution. I have changed the text editor's font to 9 and now I can see more code! But I really need to change the fonts of menues and project tree smaller, and also the icons on the left side (welcome, edit, design....) should be smaller. Here is a screenshot of my current setup to give you a better idea what am I talking about.
Please let me know if there is a way to achieve the things I mentioned.
